Our mission from the start was to bridge the gap in the market for reliable, transparent communication and tailored electrical designs. Our Process

Initial Contact

When you reach out to 4Front Services, you'll speak directly with a local industry expert. Our office is staffed from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, ensuring that your call is handled promptly and professionally. We pride ourselves on being available to answer your questions and guide you through the process right from the start.

Consultation & Estimate

Once you've made contact, your information is swiftly passed on to one of our experienced estimators or project managers. We'll arrange a call or an on-site meeting at a time that suits you to discuss your needs in detail. During this consultation, our expert will develop a tailored design that addresses your specific requirements.

Three
Detailed Quotation

Following the consultation, we provide you with a comprehensive quote. This includes a detailed design, technical information about the equipment we recommend, and a clear breakdown of costs. We believe in transparency, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

Four
Follow Up

A few days after you receive your quote, we’ll follow up with you to ensure you have all the information you need and to answer any additional questions. We want to make sure you feel fully informed and confident in moving forward.

Scheduling & Completion

If you decide to proceed, we’ll work closely with you to schedule the project at a time that suits you. Our team will coordinate the works to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently, with minimal disruption to your daily life.

Our Story

4Front Services was founded in 2016 by four like-minded individuals—Brad Coad, Beau Buckney, Matthew Coad, and Mark Richardson. Each shared a vision of providing top-quality, high-end service to customers in Southern Tasmania. The inspiration behind 4Front was the desire to elevate the standard of customer service in the industry. We wanted to eliminate the common frustration of unresponsive tradespeople and instead offer a full in-house service package that seamlessly integrates Electrical, Solar, and Heating & Cooling solutions.

Building 4Front into the reputable business it is today came with its challenges. Establishing business systems and gaining recognition in a competitive market required dedication and perseverance. One of our significant milestones was becoming a Daikin Dealer, a testament to our commitment to quality. Another proud moment was reaching the finals of the Telstra Business Awards in 2019, solidifying our standing in the industry.
